Refunds and Exchanges
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products purchased from our website. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a full refund.
To return a product, simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide you with a return shipping Address. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
Exclusions
The following products are not eligible for a refund:
- Products that have been used or damaged
- Products that are not in their original packaging
- Products that are more than 30 days old
Shipping
The cost of shipping the returned product is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method so that you can track the progress of your return.

Limited Product Warranty Policy
Coverage
This warranty covers all products sold by our company against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage caused by:
Accidental or intentional damage
Improper use or maintenance
Normal wear and tear
Products that have been modified or tampered with

The product model ( UCR-XXX)
A description of the problem
A copy of your purchase receipt/Order Number
We will investigate your claim and will contact you with our findings within 10 business days.
If your claim is approved, we will repair, replace or refund the product at no charge, Excludes shipping costs, To the maximum value of the original purchase price
