How long does shipping take?

Orders are sent using Australia Post Standard shipping. Delivery estimates depend on the destination and are not guaranteed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders over A$100 receive free standard shipping within Australia. Standard shipping is A$14.95 for orders up to and including A$100.

Where do you dispatch orders from?

Do you ship internationally?

No. We deliver within Australia only.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging with proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. Faulty items receive a prepaid return label.
